1. Monthly subscriptions
BrandZilla is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Each monthly subscription unlocks immediate access to the platform and a fresh credit allowance at the start of every billing cycle.
Because access is granted and credits are usable immediately, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun and any generation activity has occurred on the account.
2. Credit top-ups
Top-up credits are delivered instantly when purchased. Top-ups are non-refundable once any of the purchased credits have been consumed. Unused top-up credits do not expire while your account remains active.
3. Duplicate payments
If you are charged twice for the same subscription period, or if you accidentally purchase the same credit top-up twice within a short window, we will refund the duplicate charge in full once verified.
4. Technical billing errors
If a technical fault on our side caused an incorrect charge — for example, the wrong plan price was billed, or a downgrade did not take effect before renewal — contact us within 14 days. We will review the case and, where confirmed, issue a corrective refund or credit.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation immediately stops future renewals. Your account remains fully active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it reverts to a free / limited state.
We do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact support@brandzilla.ai before initiating a chargeback. Most billing concerns can be resolved within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of chargeback fees.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@brandzilla.ai from the email address on your account with:
- The date of the charge.
- The invoice or receipt ID from your Stripe email.
- A short description of the issue.
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
